Posto molto originale (puoi scrivere e disegnare sulla tovaglia nell'attesa, che ha tempi giusti, e arredi anche "naif"), ben tenuto e pulito.

Ottima cucina sia la tradizionale che le varianti più elaborate. Location molto carina e personale gentile e competente. Locale provato per la sera del 31 Dicembre quando mangiar bene diventa quasi impossibile. Lo consiglio.
No do la stella 5 solo perché la cucina é continua sperimentazione e ricerca di combinazioni, pertanto non si arriva mai ad un valore assoluto. Alessandro Gargani é uno chef che saccentemente dosa la quotidianità, tipicamente fiorentina, con la semplicità di un tocco di ricercatezza che conferisce ad ogni suo piatto orginalità e squisitezza. Se andate a Firenze e cercate qualità alla Cucina del Garga dovete sostare.
Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Servizio cordiale e professionale, sapori e ricette che mescolano tradizione toscana, elementi della cucina americana, e gusto personale dello chef di casa.

100% italienisch: beste Weine, beste Bedienung, das beste Essen in Florenz. Die Karte ist klein, deswegen benutzt man nur die frische Lebensmittel. Restaurant für Feinschmecker und Maler: es wurde Marker auf einer Papiertischdecke gestellt, damit die Gäste ihre Talents aufzeichnen können. Sehr gemütlich und charakteristisch da der Chef selber Maler ist:) Die Kellner sprechen such gut Englisch. Außerdem wird man mit einem Sektempfang und Entree begrüßt. Sehr empfehlenswert!
A nice and artsy place where the chef paints herself and art and food merge. Small menu with local specialities beyond steak and a creative touch. The atmosphere is familiar and the service great. Tiny downside was an uncomfortable draft that the waiter regretted but could fix, only when leaving we saw a main window wide open.

It is indeed Fantastic! Wonderful food, great service. The art on the walls is very interesting and some unusual pieces . All of the servers spoke very English well. We felt very comfortable. This was a great dinning experience I have had. We recommend this restaurant is a must when you travel to Florence.
We had spent some time in other Trattoria's through our time in Florence. This one happened to be the best experience. The servers focused on you and not just in getting you your food. We had wonderful conversations with them and the food was extraordinary. This place most likely booms during the summer, but even in November the food was fresh and every dish was delicious. The chef even tried a new dessert on us. We wish them well, and anyone else who decides to partake in having an experience like we had, :). Have fun!
Best restaurant we went to in Florence. Staff was absolutely amazing. It was fun to watch the kitchen as they cooked from our point of view. Chef was awesome and appreciative. Make sure you make reservations though! Everyone works as a team. Loved it and will always go there when in Florence.
Fantastic! This place exceeded all of our expectations from the food to the service to the atmosphere. All of the servers spoke very good English as well. I have been fortunate to travel to Italy many times and this was the best overall dining experience I have had. You must save room for the cheesecake at the end!
This is a small cozy restaurant filled with pictures and art created by the restaurant staff. It adds a neat personal effect to the atmosphere. The staff that I encountered were awesome. Our waiter was Max. He was so patient and helpful with the menu and wines. He even gave us some pointers on where to explore in the city. The food was awesome. I had the 'magnifico' and it was truly magnificent. Pasta with the best sauces and flavors you've ever had. If I'm ever in the Firenze area again, I will certainly be stopping by again.
